On tonight's episode of Teen Mom?

What is Maci's ex, Ryan, chewing? I have noticed this in past seasons
also. It's like, when they were sitting there talking about Kyle, he
was chewing something. Is it tobacco? It is so annoying. It can't
possibly be gum!
